“Trứng chén nướng” or Grilled quail egg in a small bowl won me over recently. Grilled on #charcoal, the eggs were interesting with spring onion, fried shallot, tiny beef jerky and fromage. They turned out quite well and tasted good. Grilled rice papers were also on point with different toppings ranging from sausage, fermented pork, beef jerky to egg. .
